The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. If a customer/user-supplied email address is active, the updated TERMS will be sent via email at a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of these changes. If no action is taken on part of the customer or user, the updated TERMS shall take effect within thirty (30) days of the official notice.
